Sabrina Brand accompanies building owners, architects and companies throughout all phases of their construction projects and assists them with their legal concerns after completion of construction (private and public construction law, construction contracts, architectural and engineering law, tenancy law and condominium property). In addition to construction and real estate law, her core competencies lie in employment law, general contract and commercial law as well as civil procedure law. Her range of activities includes negotiating, drafting and analyzing complex contracts and, if necessary, enforcing them in court. In doing so, her clients benefit from her strategic and entrepreneurial way of thinking, which she skillfully applies during negotiations when differences arise between the parties involved in the context of amicable dispute resolution or before authorities and courts.

Sabrina Brand was a clerk at a civil court of first instance for many years and subsequently gained valuable legal experience as an advising and litigating attorney. It is as a result of these activities that she understands how to put herself in the position of the respective viewer and how to skillfully apply her practical knowledge in negotiations and litigations.
