Dominik Junker advises and represents companies and private individuals primarily in all matters relating to real estate. He has extensive experience in landlord and tenant law, real estate transactions, including negotiation, as well as in the legal support of construction projects from planning to completion. His other areas of practice include inheritance law (including estate planning) and adult protection, procedural law, and contract and administrative law in general.

He assists his clients in reviewing, drafting and analysing contracts and represents them in enforcing their claims in court. Thanks to his many years of experience at Immobilien Basel-Stadt, Dominik Junker is also an expert in building law under civil law (partnership building law model of the Canton of Basel-Stadt).
