Dr. Roberto Peduzzi is an expert in real estate, contract, company and employment law. He advises companies on international M&A transactions, and investors and owners on renting and managing residential and commercial properties. He negotiates complex rental contracts and ensures that his clients interests are safeguarded, through court proceedings when necessary.
Prior to joining Battegay Dürr AG, Dr. Roberto Peduzzi worked as an attorney for leading law firms in Basel and New York. He publishes and litigates in German and Italian and also advises his international clients in English and French. He heads the firm’s Italian Desk and personally advises Italian companies and private individuals in his native Italian.
