Andreas Dürr mainly works in real estate and construction law as well as company and contract law. As a notary, Andreas Dürr assists with the purchase and sale of real estate, the division of properties into parcels, the establishment of borrower’s notes as well as inheritances. He advises owners and architects on matters related to the planning, design and construction of real estate projects, answering their questions regarding zoning and rights of use and helping with contract drafting. He is also specialized in company law (formations, annual general meetings, capital increases, mergers, transformations, demergers, asset transfers, liquidations, etc.) and marriage and inheritance law (wills, inheritance contracts, marriage contracts, etc.).

Thanks to his experience in structuring contracts related to company law and contract law, Andreas Dürr has been a member of a number of SME boards of directors for many years. He advises these boards not only in legal matters, but also in the solution of organizational and structural problems. As a member of the Communal Council for the canton of Basel-Landschaft (member of the Executive Committee, Party Chairman and former Chairman of the Justice and Safety Committee), Chairman of the Notarial Examination Authority for the canton of Basel-Landschaft, a member of the Executive Committee of the Swiss Real Estate Association (SVIT) and a member of the Federal Council, Andreas Dürr benefits from close connections in the worlds of both business and politics.
