As an SBA-certified inheritance attorney and notary, she is experienced in preparing and drawing up individual wills, marriage contracts and inheritance contracts as well as all the contractual documents related to the purchase and sale of real estate. Agnes Dormann advises and represents entrepreneurs in all matters related to company law – from the formation of a stock corporation, limited liability company or foundation to the purchase and sale of companies or parts of companies through to restructuring, succession planning and shareholders’ agreements.

As a highly capable negotiation partner and advisor, Agnes Dormann supports companies in all matters related to business, contract and commercial law, particularly employment law. Her previous position as the long-time Chair of the Basel-Stadt Planning Appeal Commission made her a proven specialist in questions related to public law – particularly public construction law (construction permits, etc.). As an SBA-certified inheritance attorney and mediator, she is familiar with the options for out-of-court conflict resolution, but she is equally capable of representing the interests of our clients in court when it is not possible to reach an agreement regarding inheritance disputes.
