Patrick M. Fischer advises and represents his clients in all areas of civil law. His main areas of expertise are commercial and corporate law, inheritance law and estate planning. He also has extensive experience in general contract law, tenancy law and employment law.

Patrick M. Fischer studied law in German and French at the Universities of Basel and Paris (Université Panthéon-Assas). After graduating from university, he worked for a renowned commercial law firm and at the Civil Court of Basel-Stadt. While preparing for the bar exam in the canton of Basel-Stadt, he worked for the Basel-Stadt Probate Office in the inheritance tax department. In 2023, he obtained his licence to practise law in Basel-Stadt and is since then admitted to the bar throughout Switzerland. He then worked as a consultant for an international auditing firm (‘Big 4’).
