Agnes Dormann has many years of experience in all matters of national and international inheritance law and matrimonial property. Being a specialist attorney of the Swiss Bar Association (SAV) and a notary, she is well versed in the drafting and execution of individual wills, living wills, prenuptial agreements and inheritance contracts as well as all types of contractual documentation for the sale and purchase of real estate. Agnes Dormann advises and represents business people in all matters of corporate law – from the formation of stock corporations, limited liability companies (GmbH) and foundations, to the sale and acquisition of companies or corporate units through to restructuring, succession arrangements and shareholder agreements.
As a competent negotiating partner and advisor, Agnes Dormann supports companies in all areas of contractual and commercial law, and particularly employment law. In her former position as long standing President of the Planning Appeal Commission (Baurekurskommission) Basel-Stadt, she became a proven specialist in questions of public law – especially public planning law (building permits etc.). As specialist attorney of the Swiss Bar Association (SAV) for inheritance law, she also represents our Clients’ interests in court where they have been unable to reach agreement in protracted inheritance disputes.
